The Flying Fish has developed a cult following amongst both locals and visitors to the Fleurieu Peninsula. We have a strong focus on South Australian, and indeed local Fleurieu, produce with both our menu and wine list. Our manager and staff will be only too happy to assist you with your enquiries, whether it be for a restaurant booking, birthday party, wedding, function or conference.
Chef – Ben Schmitt
Locally born and bred, Ben has joined the Flying Fish team in 2011 and brings over 15 years of expertise with him. Diners are already loving his seasonally-based offerings highlighting locally sourced seafood and other specialties. Ben’s Modern Australian style is complemented by both Asian and Mediterranean influences. Ben and his crew take great pride in their desserts as well so be sure to save room!
